The Dromos Festival is a widespread territorial festival that takes place in Sardinia, conceived and organized by the Dromos Cultural Association, founded in 1999 from an intuition of artistic director Salvatore Corona.

Since its origins, Dromos has distinguished itself through programming capable of weaving together international, national, and regional artists, crossing different musical genres and artistic languages. Each edition develops around a central theme, offering a transversal reading of contemporary life and building a living dialogue between the global dimension and local identities.

Concerts, exhibitions, encounters with artists, musicians, and writers become opportunities to discuss culture, tell stories of people and places, inhabit locations of great charm, and rediscover an authentic, profound Sardinia, far from stereotypes.

Dromos builds bridges between cultures, arts, and communities, with a hybrid and inclusive spirit, supported by territories rich in history, traditions, and natural beauty, many of which face the risk of depopulation.

For twenty-eight years, this has been the festival’s mission: to carry forward a cultural repopulation project, animated by a green and pulsating heart that beats to the rhythm of jazz.
