Andrea Cutri

Guitarist, composer, producer, and researcher, Andrea Cutri is one of the most original figures on the Sardinian and Italian music scene. Born in Oristano in 1979, he began playing guitar as a self-taught musician at the age of eleven, distinguishing himself from a very young age in numerous national and international competitions.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated and shared the stage with artists of the caliber of Peter Gabriel, Tony Levin, Steve Gadd, Eric Clapton, Marcus Miller, Ray Charles, Zucchero, Vinicio Capossela, Franco Cerri, and Andrea Parodi, as well as having participated as a composer and arranger in several editions of the Sanremo Festival.

Founder of the recording and mastering studio Sinis Records, Cutri has always combined artistic activity with scientific research, exploring the relationship between music, mathematics, and physics through international studies and collaborations. This particular attention to the connections between different disciplines represents one of the distinctive elements of his musical production and teaching activity.

His vision combines analytical rigor and artistic sensitivity, offering an original perspective on the language of music and its relationships with science and knowledge.
