Singer and performer, Carla Denule has dedicated over twenty years to promoting the musical, cultural, and linguistic heritage of Sardinia. After her beginnings in popular music, she developed an artistic path that combines tradition and innovation, distinguished by a versatile voice capable of spanning ethnic repertoires, world music, jazz, and international sacred music. Her projects, characterized by constant expressive research, reinterpret Sardinian folk music with contemporary sensibility, keeping alive the dialogue between roots and new sounds. Throughout her career she has represented Sardinia in numerous national and international contexts, from Argentina to Cuba, from Russia to Ghana, to Japan, collaborating with prominent artists and contributing to the dissemination of the Island’s language and culture through concerts, recordings, and cultural initiatives.
