Paolo Bonfanti

Paolo Bonfanti is considered one of the most authoritative figures in Italian rock-blues. A guitarist, singer, and songwriter of great musical sensitivity, he has built a long and esteemed career, distinguishing himself with a personal style that blends blues, rock, folk, and influences from the American tradition.

Following his experience with Big Fat Mama, a historic band on the Italian rock-blues scene in the 1980s, he embarked on an artistic journey that led him to collaborate with numerous Italian and international musicians, including Dick Heckstall-Smith, Roy Rogers, John Popper, Beppe Gambetta, and Fabio Treves. Alongside his concert activity, he has developed a significant discography as a soloist and an intensive teaching career dedicated to the guitar.
