The great live return of Daniele Silvestri will stop in Oristano on Saturday, June 27, with “Canzoni a sdraio”, the tour named after his new album being released on June 12. The concert will be one of the most anticipated events of the fifth edition of the Festival dello Sviluppo Sostenibile promoted by Legacoop and Dromos.
An artist capable of combining songwriting, experimentation, and powerful audience connection, Daniele Silvestri presents an intimate and surprising show, built around essential yet richly nuanced sounds. On stage he will alternate between piano and guitars accompanied by Davide Savarese on drums and percussion and Marco Santoro on bassoon and trumpet, bringing to life original reinterpretations of his most beloved songs.
Throughout his career, Silvestri has successfully combined expressive lightness with civic engagement, chronicling the present with an always lucid and attentive perspective. Songs like “Cohiba”, “Il mio nemico”, “L’appello”, “A bocca chiusa” and “Argentovivo” stand alongside classics that have entered collective memory such as “Le cose in comune”, “Occhi da Orientale”, “Salirò” and “La Paranza”. An artistic journey recognized by important awards, including the Premio Tenco, the David di Donatello and the Amnesty Italia Award.
The concert is part of the Festival for Sustainable Development program, scheduled in Oristano from June 25 to 27 under the title “Peace-Please. The Economy of Peace”. Three days dedicated to meetings, debates, culture and performance to reflect on themes of peace, cooperation and new models of sustainable development, in line with the United Nations 2030 Agenda objectives.
