In the evocative setting of the Tharros archaeological site, Stefano Bollani’s piano solo concert promises a unique listening experience, where music and landscape intertwine among the ruins of the ancient city overlooking the Sinis sea.
Born in 1972 in Milan but a Florentine by adoption, Bollani is a musician with boundless expertise, capable of crossing genres and audiences with ease. In the piano solo format, he finds the privileged territory of his creative freedom: each concert is different from the next, a true journey across the piano keys in which the repertoire is born in the moment, nourished by the suggestions of the instant and welcoming even the unpredictable requests of the audience. Between classical, jazz, singer-songwriter music and unexpected repertoires, the evening becomes a great musical game in which improvisation and mutual listening guide the path.
