Two protagonists of the contemporary electronic scene meet in a sonic dialogue that traverses groove, research, and contaminations.
A veteran of Italian electronic music, ArpXP has been a reference figure for over twenty years, capable of moving within a hybrid musical space where electronics meet the roots of black music and open up to contemporary experimentation. A pioneer of the drum’n’bass scene in Italy, he has released music on some of the most important international labels and has brought his DJ sets to Europe’s most iconic clubs, from London’s Fabric to Open Ground, as well as being one of the residents of the celebrated SUNANDBASS Festival.
Alongside him, Two Thou, a Sardinian producer based in Berlin, an artist with an international profile and an open vision toward contaminations. Active for over a decade between music and creativity, he is a resident DJ host at Refuge Worldwide and currently operates in the Berlin-London-New York triangle. His productions range from deep house atmospheres to the sounds of hybrid electronic jazz developed with the Oraculu project.
The encounter between ArpXP and Two Thou gives life to a set that traverses genres, geographies, and musical languages, offering the audience an immersive experience in which rhythm, research, and contemporary vision merge into a single sonic flow.
The DJ set closes the concert by Brian Jackson; the ticket is valid for the entire event.
